Ultimate Baja
It’s food with an attitude! We offer Mexican cuisine at a great value. It's a fiesta of tantalizing tastes and aromas that are sure to bring you back for more. Try a delicious loco nachos, chicken quesadilla, or steak taco with some of our exceptional lime cilantro rice and simmering black beans. You will only find these delicious combinations at Ultimate Baja.
 Grill 155
Grill 155 offers all the great tasting and popular grill menu items! Cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, and grilled chicken breast sandwiches are the base for our popular combo meals. Our Combo Club, buy 9 get one free, will keep you coming back for more!
In addition to our grill favorites, you will find fresh hot soups, assorted bottled beverages, a variety of ice cream novelties including Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream, and some of your favorite freshly baked treats.

Mind and Hearth Coffee House at the Hub
Mind and Hearth Coffee House is our newest retail location on campus. Come and enjoy your favorite coffee drink, granita, or tea while relaxing by the fire and watching your favorite program on the giant plasma TV. We also offer your favorite to-go foods including: sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups, snacks, novelties and desserts.
